IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Make sure you read and understand the following:
1. The great benefit of our co-op is that it allows persons of even modest means to participate in large-scale advertising campaigns and share in the results without a significant investment. But it is an investment nonetheless, and no specific results are guaranteed, and no refunds are available. We EXPECT to produce results you will be satisfied with but we can make no assurances. If the co-op does great, all participants will share in this good fortune. But conversely, if the co-op does not do well, all participants will similarly share in its lack of results. Make certain, before you purchase any units, that you understand this. And under no circumstances should you invest any money into S-Builder Co-op that you cannot afford to lose.
2. How to get started today
To get started today, simply purchase one or more S-Builder units at TripleClicks.
Two important notes:
1. You can save $2 per unit by being a TC Booster Club Member. Units are $22 each if you're a Booster Club member, or $24 each if you are not.
2. There are a limited number of spots available in the co-op. To ensure yourself a spot each month, set up a Standing Order (or add S-Builder units to your existing Standing Order). Sign Up for SFIMG and S-Builder ORDER HERE.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What does the "S" in S-Builder stand for?
A: Primarily it stands for success ("Success Builder"). However, feel free to think of it as also building your sales, building your security, and building your SFI business!

Q: Why did SFI create the S-Builder Co-op?
A: A substantial percentage of people joining SFI have indicated they have little or no experience in generating sign-ups–which is vital to creating a successful SFI business. S-Builder fills this void, allowing even the most inexperienced affiliate to build a successful online business by simply plugging into our international advertising co-op.

Q: Doesn't the EyeEarn Co-op already fill this void?
A: It does to a degree, yes, but S-Builder allows you to greatly accelerate your success because it is a much broader and more focused co-op than EyeEarn and it's designed for multiple share participation, whereas EyeEarn offers participants a maximum of one share.

Q: Does SFI have experience in operating co-ops like this?
A: Yes! We've been doing co-ops since 1987. One of the biggest benefits you have as an SFI affiliate is your association with an organization that has a vast knowledge of advertising and more than 20 years of experience in large-scale co-op advertising campaigns. S-Builder allows you to tap into this marketing prowess.

Q: How many sign-ups have your co-ops generated?
A: We have generated OVER ONE-MILLION sign-ups for our co-op participants to date.

Q: How does it work?
A: What we do is essentially pool the advertising dollars of hundreds of SFI affiliates and then place ads on their behalf. Everyone participating in the co-op then shares in the results of the advertising. Pooling money like this allows us to purchase blocks of advertising that would be too risky for individuals. As a major media buyer, it also means we can get volume discounts on the advertising we buy for the co-op (i.e. we can deliver more "bang for your buck.")

Q: Why are the sign-ups produced by S-Builder valuable to me?
A: Because each sign-up is a potential goldmine that can earn you override commissions for potentially years to come! Please review SFI BASICS and the SFI Compensation Plan to learn more.

Q: How many sign-ups will each S-Builder Co-op unit produce?
A: With S-Builder being a brand new co-op as of May 2010, it's very difficult to predict. We will of course use all our experience and knowledge to make the co-op as productive as it can possibly be, but we cannot guarantee any specific results at this time. And please keep in mind that quality is the most important thing (i.e. one good, active sign-up beats five or even 10 low-activity sign-ups every time!).

Q: If I don't like the results of the co-op, can I get a refund.
A: No. As funds for the co-op come in, they are spent on advertising, so no refunds are available. Therefore, please do not invest any money in the co-op that you cannot afford to lose.

Q: How do you assure that all co-op participants get a share of the co-op that is equal to their investment?
A: Each unit of the co-op you buy essentially gets you one equal share of all the sign-ups generated for that month's co-op pool. Let's say that 5,000 total units are purchased for the June co-op. The June co-op eventually produces 20,000 sign-ups, or 4 sign-ups per share. If you had purchased 5 units, you would have received 20 sign-ups (5 units x 4 sign-ups/share = 20 total sign-ups).

Q: Where will sign-ups from S-Builder be placed in my organization?
A: You will be recorded as the personal sponsor for all affiliates you receive and as the personal referrer on all TC members you receive. To put it another way, all sign-ups you receive from S-Builder become either PRMs (personally referred members) or PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates) of yours.

Q: What are the qualifications for participating in S-Builder Co-op?
A: If you're an SFI affiliate, you can participate. Note, however, that you can save $2 per unit by being a TC Booster Club Member (become a Booster HERE). Also note that there ARE limits to how many co-op shares are available. To ensure you have a spot in the co-op each month, set up a Standing Order for one or more units.

Q: Where will S-Builder be advertising?
A: In multiple channels! We plan to advertise in a variety of ways on the Web. We also plan to have advertising in magazines, newspapers, and on mobile devices such as cellphones, iPads, etc. And S-Builder utilizes our NASCAR Herd Racing sponsorship too (if you're participating in S-Builder, you're essentially a NASCAR co-sponsor!).

Q: How can I begin participating in S-Builder?
A: It's easy. Just buy one or more units at TripleClicks. For each unit you buy, you'll receive one share of the sign-ups generated from the month's co-op. To buy units now, see the order link above. Note that you can save $2 per unit if you're a TripleClicks Booster Club member (become a Booster HERE).

Q: Am I required to participate in S-Builder?
A: Absolutely not. S-Builder was created to help affiliates who find it challenging to generate sign-ups. If you're a savvy marketer, you can of course build your SFI business completely without assistance from S-Builder. It's simply an option. Use it or don't use it; it's completely up to you.

Q: How will I know when I've received a sign-up?
A: We will send you an e-mail notification each time you receive a sign-up from S-Builder. Additionally, your affiliate sign-ups will appear on your Genealogy. Likewise, your TC member sign-ups will appear on your TC Member Report.

Q: Will a keycode be used to identify sign-ups generated by S-Builder?
A: Yes, and that keycode is 1101. Learn more about keycodes here.

Q: What should I do when I receive a sign-up?
A: There is nothing you need to do if the sign-up is a TC member (as we take care of all follow-ups and marketing on your behalf for TC member sign-ups). If the sign-up is an affiliate, on the other hand, it is vital that you immediately begin the process of welcoming them to SFI and employing "duplication."

Q: In what time period will sign-ups be received?
A: Typically, you'll begin receiving sign-ups within 3-4 weeks of purchasing your first units of S-Builder. You may continue to receive sign-ups for up to four months for each unit. This is because some of the sources in which we advertise have lead times of at least one to two months. Your best strategy is to commit to participating in the co-op every month. Once you?ve got beyond the initial few weeks, you should have sign-ups arriving regularly. The best and easiest way to do this is to set up a "Standing Order" for one or more S-Builder units.

Q: Can I choose which kind of sign-ups I receive?
A: No. Our advertising will attract both SFI affiliates and TC members and they will be assigned at random to all co-op participants. That said, based on prior advertising, we expect that the co-op will produce a significantly higher number of affiliate sign-ups, but we will be testing different kinds of ads so this may change.

Q: What types of advertisements will the co-op use?
A: We will be continually testing different ads so that we can continually improve the overall results that the co-op produces. Some ads may focus on the SFI business opportunity, some may focus on the benefits of becoming a TC member, and others may employ themes that generate both affiliates and members.

Q: So does S-Builder mean I can put my SFI business on complete "auto-pilot?"
A: No. No business can be successful without you being actively involved. As explained in "The Essence Of SFI," there are THREE primary parts to success in SFI. S-Builder can take care of the first two parts for you. But the third part, duplication, has to come, at least primarily, from you. That is, when you receive affiliate sign-ups, it's critical that you provide guidance on getting started and how they can generate sign-ups for themselves. This is how you "duplicate yourself" and it's how you greatly increase your income potential because you can earn a percentage of everything THEY earn...for life! Note: To help you excel at duplication, SFI provides dozens of great resources. These include your Genealogy, Affiliate Manager, SFIM, My Movers, Affiliate Reassignment, TCredit Reassignment, a recognition forum, and more.

Q: Will I get the same number of sign-ups every month I'm in the co-op?
A: Probably not. Advertising is seasonal. Some months produce better than others. Other factors like ad placement and even world events can also increase or suppress results. We're also always testing new ads and new advertising sources. Because some of these will do well and others may not, the quantity of sign-ups will vary.

Q: Should I promote S-Builder to my downline in SFI?
A: Definitely, yes! The more units being purchased in your group, the more sign-ups will be flowing into your group and, thanks to overrides, the bigger your commissions can become. However, we insist that you LEAD BY EXAMPLE. That is, promote S-Builder ONLY if YOU are in S-Builder yourself! To ensure compliance, like we do with the TC Booster Club, everyone in your group will be able to see if you are participating via a new "SB" tag that will appear beside your name at the Affiliate Center.

Q: What is the schedule for S-Builder Co-op?
A: S-Builder is a MONTHLY co-op that runs on a strict month-to-month schedule. We pool all orders from the first day to the last day of each month for that month's co-op. For example, if we received your order between January 1st and the 31st, you'd be part of the January co-op; if we received your order on February 1st, however, you'd be part of the February co-op, and so on.

Q: So you don't spend any of the co-op dollars collected until a month has
ended?
A: Actually, we're purchasing advertising throughout the month. By buying our advertising as the money comes in (rather than waiting until the end of the month), we're able to get our co-op ads placed in more publications and start generating sign-ups that much sooner. However, that also precludes us from being able to refund your money if you change your mind about participating, as the money has already been spent.Sign Up for SFIMG and S-Builder ORDER HERE.

Q: How do you know which ad goes with which month's co-op?
A: Keycoding of ads is used. When a sign-up occurs, the keycode is recorded. Our system then checks to see which month's co-op the keycode belongs to and awards that sign-up to the co-op participant next up in the rotation for that month.

Q: What do you mean by "rotation?"
A: When you buy your co-op unit(s), we put your name on the list of the co-op participants for that month. When the first sign-up comes in, we assign it to the first name on the list. The next sign-up is assigned to the second name on the list. The third sign-up is assigned to the third name on the list. And so on and so forth. When the bottom of the list is reached, we start over again at the top of the list. Hence, we "rotate" through the list so that every participant essentially receives an equal share of all the sign-ups generated for the month.

Q: I can't afford to buy units of the S-Builder Co-op.
A: There's no requirement to ever participate in S-Builder. It's completely optional. However, here's a few things to keep in mind: 1. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, and the buying power afforded by a large co-op pool, our cost per sign-up can be lower than what you may be able to do on your own. 2. You must invest either time or money to grow a business. That's just reality. If your time is valuable, you probably won't find many more economical options than the nominal 72 cents a day required to participate in S-Builder. Give up just one cup of coffee or a bottle of soda each day and you've paid for it! Not only that, but the sign-ups you receive could potentially earn you hundreds of dollars over time (way more than the cost of participating in the co-op)

Q: Is there any way to reduce the cost of a co-op unit?
A: Yes, there's an easy way to cut the cost in half if you're willing to do a little extra work. We call it "co-oping the co-op" and it works like this: You want to get a lot of sign-ups flowing into your organization, right? So what you do is send out a message to your PSA's (personally sponsored affiliates) using the PSA Mailer. Let them know that you are willing to split the cost of S-Builder units with any of your PSA's who buy a unit (or units). You instruct them to make their purchase and then email you a copy of the receipt and their PayPal address. You now reimburse them for half of what they paid via PayPal. This is a perfect win/win for both parties. You get PSA's actively involved in SFI and they get S-Builder at half-price. Of course, you essentially get S-Builder at half-price, too! And, yes, it's true that the sign-ups won't be personally sponsored/referred by you, but the value of having lots of active PSA's cannot be underestimated. Indeed, as we always say, "The D is the key." DUPLICATION is what creates wealth in our type of business and co-oping the co-op is one of the best ways there is to drive duplication in your organization.Sign Up for SFIMG and S-Builder ORDER HERE.

Q: If I help a bunch of my PSA's with splitting co-op unit costs, what happens if those PSA's quit SFI or get purged later due to inactivity.
A: Then all of the affiliates and members they received will roll up to you. They'll become your PRMs (personally referred members) and PSA's (personally sponsored affiliates).

Q: Can I expand the co-oping of the co-op to beyond just my PSA's?
A: Yes, that's totally up to you. You can make your offer to pay half (or whatever you want) to any or all generations in your organization using the Group Messaging feature on your Genealogy. Just make certain you have the funds to reimburse everyone who might take you up on your offer! If you make the offer, you must stand behind it!

Q: I love the co-oping the co-op idea, but I have a limited budget. What can I do?
A: It's your offer, so you can set the rules. For example, if you have a budget of 25 units maximum, first, then state that in your message and tell your PSA's they need to contact you first for authorization before ordering. Once you've authorized your limit, accept no more.

Q: Could "co-oping the co-op" be more than just a two-way split?
A: Yes! You, your sponsor, and one of your PSA's, for example, could three-way it and now your cost per unit is as little as $7.33 apiece. A four-way gets it down to just $5.50 per unit! Of course, organizing these will take more effort, but you are welcome to try to find willing upline and/or downline members to do this.

Q: What if I'd like to split the cost of a co-op unit with my sponsor, but he's not interested?
A: You can try one of your upline Team Leaders instead, but don't look down on your sponsor (or Team Leaders) if he says no. Not everyone can afford to do this. Or he may have other strategies he is pursuing. Whatever their reason, respect your sponsor's position, just as you would want your PSA's to respect yours.

Q: Are there any other ways to use this "co-oping the co-op" concept?
A: Yes, it makes a great way to reward go-getters in your group. For example, you could offer to split the cost of up to three units with any PSA in your group who makes the VersaPoints Top 300 this month. Or who gets to the top of their class in the Power Rankings. Or for becoming an EA (Executive Affiliate) or Team Leader. The ideas are endless and it's a fantastic way to get everyone in your group working toward goals that help them and you both. Think about it: Let's say your offer is to reward the top five VersaPoints earners in your group this month. You of course will likely get many more than just five people actively working at winning the reward!Sign Up for SFIMG and S-Builder ORDER HERE.

Q: Could I make the reward even better than just paying half the cost of units?
A: Absolutely! Your reward offer could be for more than half or for up to 100% of the cost. It's totally up to you. And why not be very generous? You'll be driving growth group-wide and the sign-ups you'd be paying for are greatly beneficial to you. i.e. It's a WIN/WIN.

Q: Can I use S-Builder to support my own personal Team Leader Co-op?
A: Yes, you can choose this option in the Co-op Manager.

Q: Can I reassign sign-ups I get from S-Builder to others in my group?
A: Yes. You can use the reassignment tool in your Genealogy to do this.
